Oxford records 13 deeds in late July, but few reveal sale prices
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Oxford property transfers between July 10 and August 8, but only three disclosed a sale price: $44,000, $50,000 and $245,000, for a median of $50,000. The top disclosed sale was 11 Plantation St, Unit 11, Bldg 3, at $245,000, sold by Jacqueline L. Nedoroscik and Jacqueline L. Lear to Peter Puzio. Three of the 13 deeds involved properties on Plantation Street or Plantation Road, and seven listed a bank, credit union or mortgage company as grantor or grantee. With most sale prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on overall market conditions this period.
