The remaining 11 transactions, including two within the same family name, listed no consideration amount, which is common in deed records. Eight of the 13 deeds involved a bank, mortgage servicer or loan-related company as buyer or seller. With price data available for only two of 13 sales, the dataset offers a limited picture of the month's dollar-value market conditions.
