Oxford August Deeds Show $340,000 Spread Between Highest and Lowest Disclosed Prices
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 Oxford property transfers recorded between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Only three listed a sale price: $100,000, $314,640 and $440,272, for a median of $314,640 among disclosed sales. The month's top recorded price was $440,272 for a property in Oxford whose street address was not specified in the deed. Nine of the 12 deeds, including transfers involving banks, mortgage servicers and one estate, carried no disclosed price. No street had more than one recorded sale. With three-quarters of deeds lacking price data, the available records offer only a partial view of the period's market.
