Oxford deed filings show 11 transfers in July, only 3 with disclosed prices
Oxford recorded 11 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $68,000, $44,000 and $25,000, for a median of $44,000 among those three. With most transfers lacking a disclosed price and heavily involving lending entities, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
