Oxford sees six deeds recorded, but just one sale price disclosed
Oxford recorded six property deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 3, but only one disclosed a sale price: $375,000, which also stands as both the low, high and median figure in the dataset. That sale, with Virginia Maple LLC as seller and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and OCMBC Inc. as buyers, was the period's only transaction with recorded consideration. The other five sales, on McIntyre Road, Charlton Street, Thayer Pond Drive, West Street and Friar Tuck Lane, did not include a disclosed price. Financial institutions or municipal entities appear as parties in four of the six deeds, and the sparse price data limits any broader read on market direction this period.
