That sale, with Virginia Maple LLC as seller and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and OCMBC Inc. as buyers, was the period's only transaction with recorded consideration. The other five sales, on McIntyre Road, Charlton Street, Thayer Pond Drive, West Street and Friar Tuck Lane, did not include a recorded price.
