Two Of Nine Oxford Deed Transfers Disclose Sale Prices In July

Nine property transfers were recorded in Oxford, Massachusetts, from July 3 to Aug. 1, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only two disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $31,738 to $150,000, with a median of $90,869 between the two disclosed figures. The period's most notable transaction was a $150,000 transfer from Chuong Thao Niem to Digital Federal Credit Union, recorded July 6. Sutton Avenue saw two separate transfers. Several deeds involved mortgage-related entities such as MERS, CrossCountry Mortgage and Quicken Loans, pointing to a mix of transaction types. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into overall market tone.
