The other 13 transfers show price not yet available, a normal lag in registry processing. Main Street and Depot Road each had two recorded transfers. Nine of the 14 deeds name a bank, credit union, loan servicer, or mortgage-registration entity as a party. With price data available for only one of 14 transactions, this period's figures offer limited insight into overall market tone; a fuller picture should emerge as additional consideration amounts post to the registry.
