Eight residential deeds were recorded in Oxford between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one carried a posted sale price by press time: a $300,000 transfer from Byrnes Investment Group LLC to Cornerstone Bank, recorded Aug. 24. That figure is currently both the low and high end of the range and the median. The remaining seven sales, spanning Jasmine Road, Sutton Avenue, Monument Drive, Buffum Dam Road, Newton Avenue, Pine Ridge Drive and Fairlawn Avenue, await pricing data, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Several sellers in this period are banks or mortgage servicers, including Citizens Bank, Santander Bank and Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing.
